Collaborative Learning

NIFI provides several different forms of collaborative learning opportunities to help people build skills and connect with one another.

• Intro sessions: Monthly welcome calls to learn about “What’s Next, America?” and explore how it may fit your community
• Workshops: Sessions on planning, facilitation, monitoring impact, and moving from conversation to action
• Community of practice convenings: Interactive, monthly topic-based gatherings to share insights, challenges, and ideas with others doing this work
• Special topic trainings: Deep dives on emerging topics. Share any topic suggestions using this form!
• Team coaching sessions: Intensive, appointment-based, 1-3 hour sessions with NIFI staff and/or collaborators to support your team at any point in the “What’s Next, America?” process. Sign up for a time slot here if interested.
• Drop-in hours: Open office hours to ask questions and connect with NIFI staff
